Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. (iLabs Group) is building India’s next-generation integrated electronics manufacturing platform for PCBA and motor controllers. Our portfolio spans AC indoor/outdoor controllers, BLDC motor controllers, remotes, IoT gateways, routers, STBs and networking devices. We are setting up a high-speed SMT + assembly facility in Sri City supported by a strong design & sourcing ecosystem. As a fast-scaling 0→1 organization, we are looking for hands-on leaders who can build systems, teams and capabilities from scratch in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Production Manager will lead daily operations across SMT, wave soldering, assembly and testing. This role requires strong working knowledge of SMT equipment, reflow profiling, AOI/SPI interpretation, manpower management, line balancing and adherence to target output. The Production Manager ensures high productivity, low rejection, strict documentation and readiness for new product introductions while supporting high-volume production of AC controllers, remotes, routers, IoT PCBs and STB boards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute shift-wise/weekly production plans across SMT, wave and assembly. 

• Ensure all SMT machines are setup correctly with verified feeders, stencils and reflow curves. 

• Monitor OEE, cycle time, hourly output, bottlenecks and downtime. 

• Optimize reflow oven profiles based on board density & component types. 

• Oversee AOI/SPI results and close-loop feedback to reduce print/paste defects. 

• Lead manpower allocation based on skill matrix and shift loads. 

• Train operators on soldering, assembly & ESD handling. 

• Maintain WIP discipline, tray management, board handling and FIFO. 

• Support NPI trials, trial builds and process sign-off. 

• Collaborate with QA for defect analysis and corrective action closure. 

• Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown resolution. 

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production MIS.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong SMT technical experience (PnP, stencils, feeders, AOI/SPI). 

• Experience in electronics PCBA (routers, controllers, STBs preferred). 

• Ability to lead 75–150 operators. 

• Strong documentation, discipline and problem-solving skills. 

• ERP/MES familiarity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• • B.Tech/Diploma in ECE/EEE/Mechanical.
