Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. (iLabs Group) is building India’s next-generation integrated electronics manufacturing platform for PCBA and motor controllers. Our portfolio spans AC indoor/outdoor controllers, BLDC motor controllers, remotes, IoT gateways, routers, STBs and networking devices. We are setting up a high-speed SMT + assembly facility in Sri City supported by a strong design & sourcing ecosystem. As a fast-scaling 0→1 organization, we are looking for hands-on leaders who can build systems, teams and capabilities from scratch in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

ROLE SUMMARY

The MES Lead will build, deploy and manage the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across SMT, wave soldering, assembly, testing and warehouse operations. This role requires deep knowledge of SMT line machine integration, barcode traceability, production workflows, data acquisition, real-time dashboards and electronic manufacturing processes. The MES Lead will ensure 100% traceability, accurate machine data capture, route definitions, operator logging and error-proofing across all production steps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design MES workflows, routing logic, process flows and product trees for all SKUs. 

• Integrate SMT machines (PnP, SPI, AOI, reflow ovens) and wave soldering machines into MES. 

• Integrate ICT, FCT, RF testers, jigs, scanners and barcode systems. 

• Implement complete PCB traceability: lot → feeder → machine → operator → station. 

• Ensure real-time dashboards for OEE, downtime, WIP, rejections and throughput. 

• Build MES logic for rejection logging, rework pathing, scrap handling and quality approval. 

• Work with SAP team for SAP ↔ MES integration: production orders, confirmations and FG postings. 

• Maintain MES master data, routing revisions and configuration changes. 

• Train operators, technicians and engineers on MES usage. 

• Ensure system discipline, proper scanning, operator login/logout and station-level compliance. 

• Troubleshoot MES issues and coordinate with the MES vendor/development team. 

• Support NPI with MES setup for new models: routing, workstations, labels and traceability parameters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong MES implementation experience in EMS/automotive electronics. 

• Knowledge of IPC standards, SMT workflows and machine communication protocols (SECS/GEM). 

• Experience building traceability systems and machine data capture workflows. 

• Strong troubleshooting and process mapping capability. 

• Understanding of SAP/MES integration concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE.
