Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our Machine Chain Manufacturing Division. This role requires deep technical knowledge of chain-making machinery, a strong understanding of production flow, and the ability to manage high-volume output while maintaining strict quality standards.

Planning & Scheduling

Track and monitor output quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.

Quality & Process Control

Maintain strict quality standards at all stages formation, soldering, annealing, finishing.

Identify defects or breakage issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure proper scrap control, metal loss monitoring, and yield improvement.

Machine & Maintenance Oversight

Coordinate preventive and routine machine maintenance.

Address sudden breakdowns to reduce downtime and maintain continuity.

Maintain machine logs and ensure safety standards are followed on the production floor.

Mandatory: 4+ years of experience in machine chain jewellery manufacturing.

Strong understanding of chain-making workflow and machinery.

Experience managing a production team of machine operators.

Knowledge of precious metal handling, yield calculation, and scrap management.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
