Role & responsibilities : - Installation & Commissioning of induction heating machines and associated control systems at customer sites. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Electrical & Electronic Troubleshooting (inverters, IGBTs, PLCs, HMIs, power supplies, sensors, and cooling systems). Calibration & Testing of equipment to meet customer and quality standards. Customer Training on operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting. Preparation of Service Reports, Installation Certificates, and Maintenance Logs. Coordination with Design, Production, and Sales Teams for technical feedback and improvement suggestions.
