Role & responsibilities

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. This includes collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Performance Management System (PMS):

    Oversee the annual performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure fair and effective performance management.
  • Training & Development (T&D):

    Identify training needs across the organization, develop and implement training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. This includes designing professional development plans to support employee growth. Handling IATF/ISO certification audits.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Drive initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. Plan and execute engagement activities, surveys, and programs that boost morale, improve communication, and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • HR Operations:

    Handle various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Minimum of a master's degree in HR, such as an

    MBA, MSW, or MLM

    .
  • Experience:

    6 to 8 years

    of hands-on experience in a similar HR role.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency with

      Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

      and

      HRIS platforms

      .
    • Expertise in various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
    • Knowledge of performance management frameworks and tools.
    • Familiarity with training methodologies and program development.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional

      communication

      and

      interpersonal skills

      .
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
    • Strong

      problem-solving

      and

      decision-making abilities

      .
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • A proactive and empathetic approach to handling employee relations.
