Production Manager

As a Production Manager at the company involved in the production of Atta, Maida, Suji, Dalia, and Bakery products, your role involves overseeing the entire production process. You will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing budgets, and organizing workflow to ensure that specifications and deadlines are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring production processes and addressing any issues that may arise - Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel, such as quality inspectors and workers - Determining the necessary resources, including workforce and raw materials - Approving maintenance work and the purchasing of equipment - Ensuring that the output meets the required quality standards - Enforcing health and safety precautions in the production area - Reporting to upper management on production activities Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma or B.Tech degree, along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing/production/quality industry. Key skills for this position include process engineering, production management, production oversight, and process control. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 2 Lakh 50 Thousand to 4 Lakh per annum.,
