Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations for switches in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities to achieve output targets while maintaining quality and efficiency. Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly line operations, automation, and tooling. Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and maintenance teams for seamless production workflow. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective action plans. Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage to improve cost efficiency. Lead new product introduction (NPI) and work closely with R&D for design feasibility. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures. Monitor and report key performance indicators (OEE, cycle time, yield rates) to management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, injection molding, and stamping. Expertise in PLC programming, automation systems, and robotics is a plus. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for manufacturing design reviews. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Experience 5 - 10 Years Salary 3 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
