Production Manager

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating production staff, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of products, enforcing safety procedures, recommending process improvements, analyzing job orders, assigning daily job duties, providing job training, investigating problems, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work. - Ensure cost-effective, high quality, and timely delivery of products. - Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures. - Recommend process improvements for enhanced production quality and capacity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze job orders and develop production tasks. - Plan and assign daily job duties to workers. - Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment for improved efficiency. - Provide job training to workers to meet production goals. - Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and define resolutions. - Ensure final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the Production department of a reputed Food manufacturing company (Proteins, Carbohydrates, Sugars & Flavour, Starch). - Technical knowledge and proficiency in all phases of manufacturing processes. - Familiarity with ISO 22,000 & FSSAI regulations. - Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement. - Strong Customer Service mindset. - Understanding of cost containment and budgetary principles. Key Skills: - Resource and Production Planning. - Knowledge of ISO & HACCP Standards. - Proficient in Problem Solving. - Excellent Communication Skills.
