Production Executive

As a Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of the company by overseeing production processes and meeting targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and motivating production staff to deliver high-quality work. - Collaborating with production teams to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery of products. - Establishing and enforcing company policies and safety procedures. - Identifying process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. - Working with cross-functional teams to analyze job orders and develop production tasks. - Planning and assigning daily job duties to workers. - Recommending changes to maximize production efficiency. - Providing job training to workers to meet production goals. - Investigating and resolving production problems. - Ensuring final products meet quality standards and customer specifications. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Essential: Bachelor of Science with 2-3 years of experience in the production department of a reputed food manufacturing company. - Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Familiarity with ISO 22000 and FSSAI regulations. - Strong leadership and continuous improvement capabilities. - Customer service mindset. - Understanding of cost containment and budgetary principles.
