Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Arsh Fashions in Vapi GIDC, Gujarat, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for daily production and working towards achieving daily production targets while maintaining the required quality standards set by the buyers. - Ensuring 100% on-time shipments with no claims to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Attending Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and suggesting improvements to enhance work efficiency using the latest techniques and technology. - Managing operational tasks and controlling operational staff effectively. - Striving for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction to optimize production processes. - Overseeing all tasks to ensure smooth production flow, passing final inspections, and ensuring timely quality shipments. - Coordinating with all departments involved in the production process, starting from the fabric stage to the dispatch of goods. - Monitoring sewing and finishing processes closely to achieve the best possible output and providing necessary guidance on the production floor. - Setting up the sewing line, checking consumption, costing, and inventory to maintain efficient operations. - Following up on hourly production targets and working towards increasing productivity. - Leading the production staff by example and demonstrating effective command over them. - Conducting interviews and appointing production staff as per the organizational requirements. - Guiding the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to enhance production and productivity. - Providing feedback to garments buyers and Buyer QC to ensure continuous improvement. - Directly communicating with the top management when necessary to address any production-related issues. - Undertaking any other tasks deemed fit by the management.
