Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet schedules and targets.
Lead, train, and supervise the production workforce.
Develop and optimize
CNC/VMC programming
and support
CAM-based manufacturing processes
.
Ensure accurate tooling, machining setups, and quality production practices.
Review engineering drawings and conduct feasibility checks.
Maintain and update
IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 documentation
.
Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Stay updated on
modern manufacturing trends
(lean practices, automation, Industry 4.0).
Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

✅ 7–8 years of experience in precision machining and production management.

CNC & VMC programming

✅ Knowledge of CNC machines, EDM, and precision lathes.

IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems/documentation

✅ Strong skills in production planning, quality control, and troubleshooting.

leadership, team management, and communication abilities

✅ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
