We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operations lead to oversee daily operations, enhance production processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily plant operations to ensure optimal output levels and production efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with plant teams to ensure continuous production and address operational challenges.
- Analyze production processes and conduct debottleneck studies to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Lead the commercialization of new products, processes, and equipment to maintain competitive advantage.
- Utilize scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to troubleshoot and improve plant processes.
- Develop, review, and implement strategic plans to meet company objectives.
- Monitor production activities to identify and implement efficiency and quality enhancements.
- Collect and analyze production data using computer systems for informed decision-making.
- Develop and enforce safety procedures and waste management protocols.
- Continuously evaluate equipment and processes for improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Schedule and manage projects, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Oversee production outputs, ensuring product quality and timely shipment.
- Plan and direct day-to-day plant operations to surpass customer expectations.
- Enhance production capacity while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, FSMS standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute production and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate and timely production records.
- Implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify and resolve underlying issues.
- Champion 5S implementation to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
