Stop the machine if the process is not under control or found any non-conformity in the process b. To stop shipment to correct quality problems on observing non-conformity c. To contain affected batch before it reaches customer d. To delegate personnel in all shifts for meeting requirements of product conformity To communicate employees on Benefits of QMS, Quality Policy, CSR
