The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process, flow and planning, ensuring quality control and luxury standards, timely delivery, and efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising a production team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines. The role also involves regular quality checks, troubleshooting any production-related issues, cost efficiency and waste control. Requires values, mindset and fit for high end brands. Qualifications Strong management skills, including the ability to coordinate schedules and manage production workflows Experience in quality control and assurance processes to maintain luxury product standards. Proficiency in supplier management, inventory planning, and cost control. Strong communication and team leadership skills to effectively manage and liaise with teams. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production challenges. Familiarity with menswear or garment production processes is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
