New Product Development (NPD) Manager – Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
New Product Development (NPD)
projects.
Prepare
costing & quotations
for customer requirements.
Handle
machine tooling, prototyping, and validation
.
Collaborate with clients for
technical & commercial discussions
.
Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

Key Skills:

NPD, R&D, Costing, Quotation, Machine Tooling, CNC, VMC, EDM, Customer Communication, Project Management, strong command of English, and regional languages, Drawing Feasibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering
or related field.
7–8 years of relevant industry experience (Automotive/Aerospace/Medical preferred).
