About the Role


We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to support our Cards product marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the AVP – Product Marketing to execute marketing strategies, drive demand generation, and ensure the successful positioning of our products in the banking sector.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B fintech, banking, or financial services marketing, with a strong understanding of Cards products. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-growth environment and contribute to the success of industry-leading financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Assist in developing product messaging and value propositions tailored for Cards solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in communication across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to refine messaging based on customer needs and competitive insights.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Support the AVP in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Cards products.
  • Work on product launch initiatives, ensuring maximum market impact.
  • Align with regional and product teams to tailor campaigns for different geographies.

Sales Enablement & Lead Generation

  • Develop sales enablement materials such as brochures, case studies, pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and FAQs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with sales teams to qualify and nurture leads.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and manage the lead qualification and handover process.

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content marketing, digital advertising, and events).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop content for demand generation.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads to track and optimize campaigns.

Thought Leadership & Content Development

  • Assist in developing whitepapers, blogs, and industry reports in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Work with key industry partners to create engaging content that drives brand awareness.
  • Develop customer success stories and joint press releases with sales and customers.

Events & Analyst Relations:

  • Support planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Work with the Analyst Relations team to ensure product positioning with key research firms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience


  • 2-8 years of experience in B2B product marketing within banking especially cards.
  • Strong understanding of cards products like credit cards, debit cards and payment solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content development.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track KPIs and marketing ROI.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications.
