Role Overview


This is a hands-on execution role. You will own positioning, launches, ABM, sales enablement, campaign execution, and collateral creation. You will partner with sales, product, design, and our content/SEO team. 


Responsibilities


  • Define ICPs and segment-specific positioning and translate them into concrete assets.
  • Plan and run product and feature launches end to end with clear owners and timelines.
  • Lead ABM with sales across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions, including offers, assets, and meeting kits.
  • Execute campaigns from brief to live, including ads, landing pages, SDR sequences, and event kits.
  • Build sales enablement that sellers adopt, including pitch, demo narrative, battlecards, and objection handling.
  • Own collateral creation and upkeep. Produce or direct solution briefs, one-pagers, pitch and demo decks, competitive tear-downs, objection guides, reference architectures, integration sheets, ROI or TCO calculators, evaluation guides, and case studies.
  • Maintain a single-source collateral library with version control, usage analytics, and refresh cadences.
  • Run the case-study program from pipeline to publication with quantified outcomes and approvals.
  • Test and iterate website and channel messaging using structured experiments and report the results.
  • Track and report GTM impact, including target-account meetings, SQOs, influenced pipeline, and conversion.


Required skills


  • 4–8 years in B2B SaaS product marketing or a closely related GTM role with proven launch and campaign ownership.
  • Demonstrated success running ABM campaigns that created meetings and influenced the pipeline.
  • Strong cross-functional execution and project management in fast-moving teams.
  • Competence with CRM and marketing tools for orchestration and measurement.
  • Comfort with dashboards and cohorts and the ability to make decisions from data.
  • Clear writing and presentation skills for executive and customer audiences.
  • Bias to action and evidence of shipping assets on tight timelines.
  • Fluent in applied LLM and creative tools for collateral; use ChatGPT or Claude for message drafts and briefs, Figma AI or Canva for layouts, and Midjourney or Adobe Firefly for concept visuals and variations
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted GTM and sales intelligence


Nice to have


  • Experience in RegTech, FinCrime, payments, or other compliance-heavy domains.
  • Experience improving win rate with new sales assets or messaging.
  • Experience with conversion testing on websites and landing pages.
  • Experience partnering with SDRs and AEs on sequences and outreach.
  • Experience in enterprise software marketing
