About Us:

KYC Hub is hiring on behalf of a reputed organization in the jewellery export sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC & Customer Onboarding Specialist to support member onboarding and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.


Role Summary:

We are looking for a KYC & Customer Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of registered members in the jewellery export sector. The role involves reviewing documents, verifying customer details, and ensuring compliance while assisting members through the onboarding process. The focus is on creating a structured and efficient workflow that supports customer activation with accuracy and care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete onboarding process for registered members from document submission to account activation.
  • Review KYC documents and customer data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide members through document submission procedures and support them in resolving queries during onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth verification, issue resolution, and timely onboarding.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and audit trails to track onboarding progress and compliance status.
  • Follow up with members to ensure that all required documents are collected and processed on time.
  • Identify areas of improvement in onboarding workflows and assist in implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory frameworks relevant to the jewellery export industry.
  • Provide training and support on onboarding procedures and documentation requirements when necessary.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in KYC, customer onboarding, or compliance-related roles.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as jewellery export, finance, or membership platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to guide members patiently and clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks with accuracy and within timelines.
  • Comfortable working with documentation, customer data, and compliance requirements.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
