JR HR Recruiter (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the software/IT industry.
• Strong understanding of various technical roles (developers, testers, DevOps, analysts, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate:

• Based in or around Mumbai for ease of collaboration.
• Hands-on experience in hiring software engineers and other IT professionals.
