Your Role

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using

  Python

  (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Develop and deploy microservices architectures following best practices in scalability, API design, and DevOps
• Interface with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) data stores
• Implement third-party API integrations (e.g. identity providers, gov databases)
• Collaborate on threat modeling, secure coding, containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

Requirements

• 2+ years in backend development with hands-on

  Python

  experience
• Experience building microservices with RESTful APIs
• Strong database design & query optimization skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices (OWASP, JWT, TLS)
• Comfortable working with Docker, CI/CD tools, Git workflows
• Excellent communication skills and product-first mindset

Good To Have

• Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience in fintech or compliance software
