Qualifications & Skills: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms - Mandatory Predominantly brand-side E-commerce and Quick Commerce leadership is essential - Please DO NOT APPLY if you are from the platform side. Explicit, hands-on Quick Commerce management (especially Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, Flipkart Minutes) from a brand perspective is a must-have. Should have run ads on these E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBB, and other marketplace tools. Relevant category experience (Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, D2C Consumer Brands) will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management: Own and drive performance across various e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket. This includes explicit, hands-on management and scaling operations on these platforms. P&L Ownership: Full ownership of P&L for all online channels, ensuring profitable growth while managing costs, margins, and promotional spends. This is a core mandate that requires direct accountability for channel revenue and profitability. E-commerce Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for increasing product visibility, sales growth, and brand equity on all e-commerce platforms. This includes planning and executing promotions, deals, and marketing campaigns in alignment with platform-specific guidelines. Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization of listings, pricing strategies, and marketing investments. Drive action from insights to achieve quantifiable results. Amazon Seller Central & FBA Expertise: End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central, including order fulfilment, inventory planning, and managing FBA. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure proper inventory forecasting, stock availability, and minimize out-of-stock situations while optimizing inventory levels. Coordinate with dark stores and manage last-mile logistics where applicable.
