Product Marketing Manager


Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in app marketing (Fintech, Payments, or Web3 preferred). You will be responsible for shaping product positioning, driving go-to-market execution, and ensuring that our app resonates with users across acquisition, engagement, and retention touchpoints.


You’ll collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to translate complex Web3/Fintech features into user-friendly value propositions and campaigns that fuel app adoption and long-term usage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our app launches, product features, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and narratives that differentiate bepay in the market
  • Partner with product and design teams to ensure user-centric communication inside and outside the app (onboarding flows, feature launches, notifications, campaigns)
  • Lead app marketing initiatives across app stores (ASO), performance marketing, push/SMS/email, and in-app engagement campaigns
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to refine product strategies and identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, partners, and in-house creators to scale content and brand awareness
  • Own user funnels and metrics related to product adoption, activation, and retention
  • Drive event-based marketing (hackathons, product launches, AMAs, webinars, Twitter Spaces) 
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech to deliver user-centric, multi-channel campaigns 
  • Manage marketing budgets and tool stacks to maximize performance
  • Enable internal teams with product decks, FAQs, and launch kits for campaigns and partnerships
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns using analytics tools


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or app marketing roles (Fintech / Payments / Web3 preferred)
  • Proven success in driving adoption and retention for mobile-first products or apps
  • Strong experience in app marketing tactics: App Store Optimization (ASO), lifecycle marketing, in-app engagement, retention loops
  • Experience in go-to-market launches of new products, features, or apps
  • Familiarity with Web2 & Web3 growth channels (performance marketing, influencer/KOL marketing, community engagement)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Appsflyer, or Web3 analytics platforms
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (crypto, payments, DeFi) into simple, compelling user-facing messaging
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills—both strategic storytelling and tactical execution


Preferred

  • Prior experience in Fintech, payments, or crypto super apps
  • Experience with growth loops, referral programs, and community-driven adoption
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
  • Exposure to influencer/KOL CRM tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or DeFi-native analytics tools
  • Previous success scaling a consumer-facing app in global markets
