Investor Relations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing

  investor decks, pitch materials, and briefing documents

  for fundraising meetings
• Conduct

  market, competitor, and industry research

  to support investor narratives and positioning
• Track and organize

  investor pipelines, outreach activities, and follow-ups

  using CRM tools
• Draft and edit

  investor updates, newsletters, and communication templates

• Support leadership in

  due diligence processes

  by collating required financial and operational data
• Build & maintain an

  organized database of investors, VCs, family offices, and strategic partners

• Help prepare

  reports and insights

  on fundraising progress and investor engagement metrics
• Monitor fintech and Web3

  fundraising trends, deal activity, and investor movements

• Participate in internal meetings and take notes to ensure

  action items are followed up

• Provide

  administrative and coordination support

  for investor events, demo days, and roadshows

Must-Have Skills

• Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail
• Good understanding of

  finance, startups, or Web3 ecosystems

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, and document preparation
• Research-oriented mindset with the ability to extract insights from reports, databases, and news
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous internship or coursework in

  finance, consulting, investor relations, or business development

• Familiarity with

  VC/PE ecosystem

  and investment terminology
• Interest in fintech, payments, blockchain, or Web3 startups
