Role Overview

Brand & Marketing Manager

This role combines brand building, app marketing, digital growth, and community-driven strategies to establish bepay as a globally trusted payments super app.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement bepay’s brand and marketing strategy across digital, community, and mobile-first channels.
  • Drive 

    mobile app marketing initiatives

     including App Store Optimization (ASO), performance marketing, and in-app engagement campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to increase app downloads.
  • Optimize onboarding, referral programs, and reward-driven campaigns to boost adoption and retention.
  • Build and manage affiliate, referral, and influencer partnerships to expand app reach.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design campaigns that improve in-app engagement and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Monitor marketing performance across app installs, conversion funnels, CAC, and ROI.
  • Oversee brand storytelling across content, social media, and community channels.
  • Represent bepay at events, webinars, and industry meetups to strengthen brand visibility.


Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in 

    mobile app marketing

    , brand management, or growth marketing.
  • Proven success in driving app installs, optimizing app store rankings, and scaling user acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience with 

    ASO tools and analytics platforms

     (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Sensor Tower, etc.).
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, LinkedIn groups, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics: CAC, CPI, retention, LTV, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and campaign management skills.
  • Self-starter, able to execute campaigns independently and iteratively.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Web3, fintech, or payments apps.
  • Knowledge of token-based incentives, gamification, and community growth loops.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and affiliate tools (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack, ReferralCandy, Impact).
  • Exposure to ambassador programs, referral ecosystems, or influencer-led app growth.
