Investor Relations Intern

What You'll Do

1. Outreach:

   Proactively create leads for investor outreach and portfolio matching

2. Engagement:

   Support on organizing investor meetings and responding to investor inquiries and requests

3. Onboarding:

   Support the investor onboarding process, including due diligence, documentation, and compliance procedures

4. Communication:

   Maintain regular communication with existing investors, providing updates on fund performance and portfolio companies through periodic reports

5. Compliance:

   Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the fund industry and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 3-6 months of prior experience in investor relations, financial services or business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a fast paced and dynamic environment
