Investor Relations Intern

Role Overview: Transition VC, a $50 Mn fund investing in Clean Energy, Decarbonization & Net Zero technologies, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join as an Investor Relations Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the IR team to strengthen relationships with investors and support fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include research, reporting, and investor communications, providing you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced venture capital environment. This position is ideal for someone with a business development mindset who is eager to learn, grow, and create an impact from day one. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively create leads for investor outreach and portfolio matching - Support in organizing investor meetings and responding to inquiries and requests - Assist in the investor onboarding process, including due diligence, documentation, and compliance procedures - Maintain regular communication with existing investors, providing updates on fund performance and portfolio companies through periodic reports - Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the fund industry and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - 3-6 months of prior experience in investor relations, financial services, or business development - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Company Details: Transition VC offers an opportunity to gain an understanding of the VC investing landscape, exposure to the journey of building and operating a venture capital firm, and engagement strategies for building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
