Investor Relations Intern

As an Investor Relations Intern at Transition VC, a $50 Mn fund investing in Clean Energy, Decarbonization & Net Zero technologies, you will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with investors and supporting fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively creating leads for investor outreach and portfolio matching - Supporting the organization of investor meetings and responding to inquiries and requests - Assisting in the investor onboarding process, including due diligence, documentation, and compliance procedures - Maintaining regular communication with existing investors by providing updates on fund performance and portfolio companies through periodic reports - Staying updated on regulatory changes affecting the fund industry and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced venture capital environment and develop a business development mindset. You will learn about the VC investing landscape, engagement strategies for building relationships with stakeholders, and the journey of building and operating a venture capital firm.
