We’re a fast-moving, high impact team and are looking for a Founder's Office/Executive Assistant who wants to be at the heart of building a VC firm from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Founders’ Right Hand: Own calendar, inbox, travel, and visa management while anticipating needs ahead of time.
• Research & Insights: Support with market research, investor briefs, and ad-hoc analysis that shapes decision-making.
• Communication & Reporting: Help craft LP updates, decks, and presentations that go out to our global network.
• Capital & Partnerships: Assist in investor research and outreach to fuel fundraising efforts.
• And More: No two days will look the same—flexibility and curiosity are key.

What You’ll Learn

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, HR/ops, or research.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, “get things done” mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
