We are a fast-growing fintech startup on a mission to democratize investing in India. Our platform simplifies the process of investing in stocks, mutual funds, and cryptocurrencies by providing expertly curated ideas and a seamless user experience. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Manager to lead the development of our core platform and features.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a user-centric mindset, and a proven ability to lead a product from concept to launch.

Responsibilities 🚀

·       Product Strategy: Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and business goals. Conduct market research and user interviews to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement.

·       Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration.

·       User Experience: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing product features. Focus on building a seamless and engaging experience for both new and experienced investors.

·       Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams. Communicate product requirements and priorities clearly to ensure all teams are aligned.

·       Data-Driven Decisions: Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and measure the success of features.

·       Compliance & Risk Management: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all product features adhere to financial regulations and industry standards, particularly those set by SEBI and other relevant bodies.

·       Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fintech, crypto, and the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains innovative and ahead of the curve.

• Requirements ✔️

·       Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in the fintech, financial services, or a related highly-regulated industry.

·       Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products such as stocks, mutual funds, and/or cryptocurrencies. Knowledge of market dynamics and investment principles is essential.

·       Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and a working knowledge of technology stacks.

·       Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks.

·       Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear product vision to diverse audiences.

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Preferred Qualifications ⭐

·       Experience in a high-growth startup environment.

·       Proven track record of launching successful mobile or web-based products.

·       Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
