In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how the world sees us, ensuring every interaction with our brand reinforces our mission and values.

Responsibility:-

·       Define and implement a cohesive digital strategy aligning with business objectives.

·       Position the company as a fintech leader through innovative digital initiatives.

·       Identify new revenue streams via brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, and product innovations.

·       Oversee SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, and influencer marketing efforts.

·       Drive user acquisition and retention with targeted campaigns.

·       Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and optimize campaigns.

·       Collaborate with product and engineering teams for integrated marketing efforts.

·       Develop personalization strategies using user data insights.

·       Build and mentor a high-performing digital team.

·       Promote a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.

·       Track fintech and crypto industry trends and adopt emerging technologies.

·       Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all digital activities.

Requirements:-

·       10+ years of leadership experience in digital strategy, marketing, or business development.

·       Significant exposure to fintech or technology-driven sectors.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

·       Proven success in developing and executing digital roadmaps for revenue growth.

·       Expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.

·       Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).

·       Experience building and managing brand partnerships or business relationships.

·       Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire digital teams.
