Chief Digital Officer

As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at a large Ecommerce Conglomerate in the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the digital transformation efforts and steering the strategic direction of the online presence. Your primary responsibilities will encompass shaping the digital strategy, enhancing e-commerce capabilities, and overseeing all facets of digital marketing to optimize customer engagement and foster brand growth. - Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligning with the company's business objectives. - Identify new growth opportunities through digital channels and cutting-edge technologies. - Lead the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms for seamless user experiences and secure purchasing processes. - Champion customer-centric initiatives by leveraging digital tools for personalization, loyalty programs, and responsive customer support. - Oversee digital marketing endeavors including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content creation. - Utilize data analytics and market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies. - Identify opportunities to incorporate innovations like AI, AR, and VR to enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate closely with departments such as IT, marketing, sales, and product development to align digital initiatives with business goals. To qualify for this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A proven track record of successful digital transformation and e-commerce growth within industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer goods is highly desirable. Additionally, possessing a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content strategies, and data analytics is important. Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and CRM systems is also expected.
