Position: Ecommerce Executive Amazon Qualification: Any Graduate Work Timing: Office Timing: 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Mon - Fri), 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday: Half day Experience: 2 - 3 years experience as a Ecommerce Executive Job Description - Handle E-commerce accounts and manage them on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, Channel Advisor, etc Create, monitor optimize PPC advertisements and increase sales revenue of our clients Proactively find and execute other promotional activities that increase the business of our clients Keywords Analysis, Product Research, Competitor Research, etc. Seamless work on Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, etc. Confidently communicate with clients on emails, and calls, provide them with necessary updates, and execute the tasks within the set timelines Be a team player Online research, find new updates within the industry, and does self-learning At least 1 year of experience working with Amazon vis-a-vis Amazon product listing optimization, in Inventory management, vendor central, Amazon PPC advertisements, etc. Mindset to design business growth strategies for clients Strong Communication Skills Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets Any additional digital marketing skills will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Fluent Commerce OMS solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Architect and implement order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, and return managementsolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams working on OMS implementations. Ensure seamless integration of Fluent Commerce with ERP, eCommerce platforms, WMS, and other enterprise systems. Develop and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices to maintain system quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and scalability. Stay updated with industry trends and Fluent Commerce updates, proactively applying new features and improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fluent Commerce certification or prior implementations in large-scale enterprises. Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles. Experience in DevOps practices, including monitoring and logging solutions (Kibana, Datadog, Splunk). Exposure to GraphQL-based commerce solutions and other OMS platforms.

Manage client relationships, ensure timely order fulfillment, process orders accurately, analyze sales data, develop growth strategies, team collaboration, ensure compliance &inventory accuracy, resolving issues and discrepancies.

You will ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions across a portfolio of eCommerce products, systems, and services. Key Responsibilities Architecture and Design: Design scalable, secure, and composable eCommerce architectures using Azure cloud technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. System Integration Oversee the integration of eCommerce platforms with other systems, utilizing Azure Integration Services (AIS) and Azure API Management (APIM) to manage data flow, migration, and synchronization, ensuring a seamless user experience. Security Management Design robust security measures, including encryption, two-factor access controls, and OAuth2, to protect customer data and prevent fraud, ensuring compliance with Medlines security standards. Collaboration And Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver eCommerce solutions. Provide technical leadership, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and maintain detailed technical documentation. Vendor Management Evaluate and lead the selection of third-party vendors and technologies that align with the eCommerce strategy. Education Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field. Work Experience 15+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years as solution architect Experience developing system designs, strategies, evaluations, and roadmaps. Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiences. Experience with composable software architectures that leverage an API-first approach and microservices. Experience with delivering software in the Azure cloud using modern CI/CD processes and delivery capabilities. Specific experience with eCommerce platforms (such as ATG, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies. Capable of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, considering technical and architectural debt.
