As a Regulatory Meetings specialist, your responsibilities will include ensuring that the composition, Terms of Reference (ToR), and agenda adhere to SEBI directives. You will be responsible for timely circulation of agenda papers and minutes, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather agenda papers and relevant supporting documents.
