Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Product Manager at Dreamchild Garbhsanskar will drive the product roadmap, develop new features, improve UI/UX, oversee tech development, and optimize overall product performance. The role requires strong understanding of mobile apps, SaaS systems, user experience, and data-driven product decisions. You will work directly with founders and lead the tech, design, and QA teams to ensure the product evolves to serve millions of mothers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Convert business requirements into clear product features and specifications.

Coordinate with tech, design, marketing, and sales teams for smooth product development.

Monitor product performance through data and analytics.

Improve user experience by identifying problem areas and implementing solutions.

Manage product launches and ensure timely delivery of updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering

* Minimum 4 years of product management or tech leadership experience

* Strong understanding of mobile apps (Android/iOS) & SaaS architecture

* Experience working with developers, designers, and QA teams

* Ability to convert business requirements into technical tasks

* Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma preferred)

* Basic understanding of backend, APIs, and system flows

* Strong analytical mindset: can make decisions using data

* Experience with product roadmap, sprint planning & release cycles

* Excellent communication, documentation & leadership skills

* Problem-solving attitude with user-first thinking

* Knowledge of Ed-tech/Health-tech is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
