ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Ownership & Roadmap:
- Own and maintain the NovoLingo product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and long-term platform vision.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and experiments based on customer needs, product strategy, and market signals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with founders, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product features.
- Communicate product decisions, timelines, and priorities across engineering, design, and leadership teams.
Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales:
- Lead pre-sales demos and product walkthroughs, clearly articulating value propositions to prospects and partners.
- Engage with customers through pilots, POCs, and onboarding sessions to understand usage patterns and collect insights.
Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement:
- Manage structured feedback cycles from clients, beta programs, and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize findings into the product backlog and ensure timely follow-up and iteration.
Cross-Functional Delivery:
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to drive smooth execution and on-time releases.
- Ensure clarity in requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for each feature.
Market Awareness & Product Strategy:
- Track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for differentiation.
- Support strategic decision-making with insights on customer needs, product gaps, and potential innovations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI-driven products.
- Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and feature definitions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing environments.
- Experience running discovery sessions, refinement meetings, and cross-functional planning cycles.
- Strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and structured decision-making.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams in fast-moving environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with B2B or enterprise clients is a strong plus.
- Background in pre-sales, product demos, or customer success is beneficial.
