Position: Product Manager

Location: Noida

Reports To: Sr. Director

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile professional who can lead product strategy, drive business analysis and coordinate delivery across teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, client interaction and hands-on project management in a fast-paced software services environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Product Management

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead full product lifecycle: research, planning, delivery, and releases.
• Manage product roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely feature rollout.
• Convert business needs into epics, features, and user stories in JIRA.
• Work with UX, engineering, and QA for refinement, testing, and launch.
• Incorporate user feedback and market insights into product enhancements.
• Support presales with product decks and solution walkthroughs.

Business Analysis

• Conduct requirement workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop As-Is/To-Be workflows and perform gap analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Support UAT with scenario creation, validation, and issue tracking.
• Analyse data and user behaviour to drive decisions.

Project Management / Coordination

• Create and track project plans, sprint plans, and delivery timelines.
• Lead daily standups and scrum ceremonies; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and share regular status updates.
• Ensure smooth communication and act as the central coordination point.
• Track resource allocation, effort, and overall project progress.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in product management, business analysis and project coordination within IT services.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Proven track record of delivering product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
