Position: Tele collection executive(kannada) Experience: fresher to 1+years of experience in Tele collection Language preference: Kannada Location: Mg road, Gurugram Salary: 25,000-35,000 Per month. **Must have good communication skills** Roles & Responsibilities:  Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms to achieve collection targets.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment updates, and commitments.  Ensure all recovery efforts adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.  Address customer queries related to payments and escalate complex cases to the senior team when necessary.  Collaborate with field collection agents and update them on unresponsive accounts.  Identify high-priority accounts and take proactive steps to mitigate repayment risks.  Handle interactions with professionalism and empathy to maintain a positive customer experience while emphasizing repayment benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
