Who we are: Headquartered in New Jersey with offices globally, SmallJoys serves a diverse range of clients across the United States. Our backend teams work collaboratively across the globe, and this role is based in our Hyderabad, India office.

Office working hours are 11 AM to 4:30 PM IST, with required night support approximately between 8 PM and 1 AM IST to collaborate with our US-based teams.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 
  Proven experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or SaaS-based industries.
• 
  Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and product design principles.
• 
  Ability to define product strategy and roadmap based on customer insights and business goals.
• 
  Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• 
  Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• 
  Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking development progress.
• 
  Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.

• 
  A customer-first mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for BH-COCM solutions.
• 
  Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and technology teams, to identify needs and opportunities for product innovation.
• 
  Translate complex requirements into user-friendly digital solutions that enhance patient care and support healthcare providers.
• 
  Manage the product life cycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with budget and strategic goals.
• 
  Foster a data-driven approach, utilizing metrics to guide product decisions and measure success.

• 
  Navigate product challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  3+ years of experience in product management, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and launch.
• 
  Strong leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for working effectively across cross-functional teams.
• 
  A passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
• 
  Prior experience in healthcare or technology is a plus, but not a requirement. A willingness to dive deep into the behavioral health and collaborative care domains is essential.

• 
  Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Pragmatic Institute certifications are a plus.
