Key Responsibilities & Ownership Areas

1. Product Vision & Design Leadership

• Own the

  product vision, experience strategy, and design direction

  across all customer touchpoints.
• Translate customer needs, business goals, and market insights into

  clear product concepts, flows, and experiences

  .
• Lead product discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and feedback loops.
• Ensure all product designs meet

  high standards of usability, scalability, and brand consistency

  .

KPIs:

• User satisfaction score (CSAT/NPS) on product experience
• Reduction in usability issues and drop-offs
• Adoption rate of newly launched features

2. End-to-End Product Management

• Own the

  entire product lifecycle

  from idea validation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Define and maintain

  product roadmaps, PRDs, wireframes, and user stories

  .
• Prioritise features based on customer impact, business value, and data insights.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones with clear scope and outcomes.

KPIs:

• On-time delivery of product milestones
• Roadmap execution rate
• Feature success rate post-launch

3. Design Team Leadership & Execution

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of designers to deliver

  consistent, high-quality product outputs

  .
• Set design standards, review design work, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Build scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Foster a culture of

  design excellence, ownership, and accountability

  .

KPIs:

• Design output quality and consistency
• Reduction in rework and design iterations
• Design team productivity and velocity

4. Customer Experience & Business Impact

• Continuously optimise the product to improve

  customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

  .
• Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive experiments and improvements to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
• Ensure product decisions are

  data-backed and customer-centric

  .

KPIs:

• Conversion rate improvement
• Retention and repeat usage metrics
• Customer lifetime value (CLTV) growth

5. Market, Competition & Innovation

• Track industry trends, competitor products, and emerging consumer behaviours in B2C/D2C.
• Proactively identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Bring fresh ideas that strengthen IncrediPets product-market fit and brand positioning.

KPIs:

• Number of innovation-led initiatives launched
• Competitive feature parity or differentiation achieved
• Market responsiveness and speed to adapt

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a

  Product Manager

  handling

  B2C and/or D2C products

  .
• Strong exposure to

  product design, UX/UI thinking, and user research

  .
• Experience working with designers and engineers in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on when required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building products that customers love.
