Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio that includes regassification systems, vacuum jacketed pipelines, systems, and sumps for the Heat Exchanger Functional Unit. Your role will involve identifying, developing, and monitoring business and market strategies, collaborating with various departments within the business, and partnering with business development, sales, and engineering teams to enhance existing products and develop new products for current and new markets. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage existing product lines to maintain market share, revenue, and profitability - Monitor global opportunities and demands for products - Daily sales management of products worldwide - Understand and communicate technical features and benefits of each product line - Identify market strategies used by competitors and similar organizations to grow market share and identify new opportunities - Provide information, proposals, and training packages for salespeople and customers - Ensure products are part of the broader Nikkiso CEIG portfolio and collaborate with other functional units for delivery, packaging, installation, and service - Provide training packages, marketing literature, and branding to differentiate Nikkiso CEIG products - Support global campaigns and marketing initiatives to maintain or grow market shares - Lead the development of new products by rallying the team, monitoring progress, and reporting on variables related to the business case - Manage vacuum insulated products for internal and external customers, including pipework, piping systems, and process system applications - Identify opportunities for standardization and economies of scale in product offerings - Identify local market needs and provide options while focusing on standard offerings Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of industry experience - Sales and operations experience preferred - Expertise in relationship management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Track record in sales development and key account management - Experience in developing business plans and leading teams to achieve goals - Experience in driving improvements in cost, quality, and profitability Additional Company Details: Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is a leading provider of cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, and solutions for the LNG, LH2, and industrial gases industries.
