Key Responsibilities
As a MERN Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in building scalable, high-performance web applications. Your key responsibilities will include: Architect & Build Lead and actively contribute to the architecture, design, and development of complex, full-stack applications. Code Quality & Review Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices, clean architecture, and maintainable code standards. Full-Stack Development Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to define, refine, and implement high- impact product features. API Development Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems. UI/UX Integration Partner closely with UI/UX designers to create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Troubleshooting & Optimization Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues to ensure a high-performance and reliable application. Who Can Apply? Technical Expertise Proven hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer. Strong command over the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with front-end UI libraries such as Bootstrap and Material-UI. Tools & Technology Experience working with version control systems like Git. Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and management. Hands-on knowledge of AWS services including S3 Cloud Storage. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design collaboration. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail, with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
