Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology products. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients, developers, regulatory experts, and business leaders to build innovative, compliant, and user-centric healthcare solutions that deliver real impact to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused applications Translate healthcare regulatory requirements into functional product specifications. Gather and analyze user feedback to guide feature development. Prioritize backlog and lead Agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Collaborate with compliance, QA, and clinical experts to validate features and workflows. Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities in the digital health space. Own product KPIs, adoption metrics, and release planning. Deliver training, product demos, and documentation for internal teams and healthcare clients.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management; prior experience in the healthcare domain will be considered an added advantage. Experience working with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of data privacy laws and patient safety standards. Prior experience in B2B SaaS healthcare environments. Ability to interface effectively with health IT personnel. Proficiency with product tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zoho, Figma, and healthcare analytics platforms. Certifications in Product Management and Scrum Master will be a plus.
