We’re hiring! If you're a certified HCC medical coder with 2+ years of experience , join our team to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in medical coding. Your Role: Review medical records and assign ICD-10-CM codes per MEAT guidelines , client instructions, and official coding conventions. Maintain 95%+ accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations . Meet client SLA requirements while staying adaptive and hands-on for additional support. Stay updated with coding standards and contribute to a high-performance team . What We Expect: ✔ Certification (CPC, CRC, CCS, etc.) – Mandatory ✔ 2+ years of experience in HCC coding and risk adjustment ✔ Strong understanding of medical documentation and coding tools ✔ Quick learner , adaptive, and proactive in problem-solving ✔ Excellent compliance awareness and team collaboration skills Ready to make an impact?
