Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and organized Product Manager (or Sr. APO) to lead our in-house product team. You’ll work closely with our developers, UI/UX, and testing team to plan, monitor, and deliver features and improvements to ERP24K. You will be the bridge between the business vision and the execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product development cycle (planning → execution → delivery).

Translate business needs into clear tasks and features.

Assign and monitor work progress across dev, design, and QA.

Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure accountability.

Maintain sprint boards, task trackers (Trello, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).

Prepare weekly status reports for the Founder.

Test and review outputs for quality and completeness before release.

Organize product documentation and feature manuals.

Coordinate with jewelry retail side to understand practical use-cases.

Key Skills & Qualities Required:

Category Skills/Traits

Communication Clear in verbal and written English, Hindi/Telugu optional

Product Understanding Knows how to break features into tasks and manage delivery

Tech Basics Understands basic tech terms, software flows, and development lifecycle

Project Management Familiar with tools like Trello, Notion, Jira, Excel

Testing Mindset Detail-oriented, can identify incomplete work or UI issues

Leadership Responsible, self-driven, able to manage a small team

Time Management Can run stand-up meetings, track deadlines, follow up regularly

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

Experience in ERP or retail software

Knowledge of jewelry retail operations

Hands-on experience with Figma, APIs, or basic SQL (non-coding level)

Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design)
