Experience: Fresher Qualification: Any bachelor's degree in computer science Objective As a Trainee Test Engineer, the position holds responsibility for ensuring product quality and functionality - by designing, testing, and executing tests. Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing Good knowledge on SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), and Bug Lifecycle (BLC). Good knowledge and exposure on Testing Techniques and Testing Types. Awareness on Test Plan. Ability to analyse the requirements for thorough understanding and gain clarity. Ability to create test scenarios and test cases in accordance with requirements. Familiarity with Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Ability to provide testing reports. Exposure to Software Methodologies – Waterfall & SCRUM. Automation Testing Knowledge on Programming languages like C, Java or Python Programming. Familiar with Object-Oriented Concepts. Exposure on Selenium Webdriver for automating tests. Good knowledge on testing frameworks like Junit, TestNG. Familiarity on Page Object Model design pattern. Database knowledge Familiar with DBMS/ RDBMS concepts. Familiar with SQL commands like DDL and DML Statements to perform CRUD operations. Having exposure on databases like MS-SQL and Oracle.
