Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated staff member to manage and operate our in-store software systems. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of billing, inventory, and customer management software, and providing basic support to the store team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the store’s software applications (billing, inventory, CRM, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate data entry of sales, stock, and customer information.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical/software issues and coordinate with vendors for support.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports as required by the management.
  • Provide assistance to store staff in using the software effectively.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computers and retail software systems.
  • Good typing and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently at the store location.
  • Prior experience in retail software handling will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
