Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. The CSM will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will understand customer goals and help them achieve value through our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor.
• Own the entire customer lifecycle post-sale — onboarding, training, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion.
• Drive product adoption and usage by providing proactive support, education, and training.
• Understand customer needs and objectives and align them with our solutions.
• Manage and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer success.
• Conduct regular business reviews and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Track customer health metrics and identify risk indicators to drive retention strategies.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support the account management team in closing them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Male Candidates are Preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech industry preferred (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
