Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The role includes maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance customer retention. Daily tasks involve analysing customer data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are met, while consistently delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Experience in Customer Retention and implementing strategies to foster loyalty
• Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with clients
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup
• Prior experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
