Daily tasks involve analysing customer data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are met, while consistently delivering outstanding customer service experiences. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights Experience in Customer Retention and implementing strategies to foster loyalty Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with clients Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup Prior experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or similar industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Compensation - CTC Up to 18LPA Based on Experience 5 days A week Remote
