We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, a strong passion for customer success, and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Partner with Account Executives to build growth strategies and work on renewal and upsell conversations.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to integrate the customer voice into key discussions.
Own the onboarding process, conduct hands-on training, answer business/strategy questions, and share methodologies and insights.
Plan and execute success plans and business reviews with client executives.
Teach customers how to derive valuable insights from our highly technical product.
Gain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and effectively prioritize tasks to meet key objectives.

Job Requirements

Ability to learn and explain technical products or concepts.
Problem-solving mentality and customer-focused approach.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Desire to uncover business insights by analyzing data and driving decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Graduation: B.Tech, B.Sc, MSC, MCA, MBA.
